I've been followed for worsening symptoms for several years. Dr. Grajewski focused in on my problem, made a correct diagnosis and facilitated care very quickly. The office staff was pleasant and easy to work with too. Two thumbs up here.
Requesting an evaluation for improvements in specimen collection process. Patient is told to go through waiting room door, turn left to the restroom and leave a specimen. The patient opens the container packet and writes the date and their name on the cup side with a sharpie. After specimen is given, lid replaced, the patient places the container in a basket, along with all the other specimens given during an unspecified time period.
