I have used this firm for many years and would always use this theem. They are professional, courteous, clean and are value for money. Have always done a brilliant job.
Shocking attitude. Needed a new gas valve fitted to my warm air heater. They demanded they wanted to also fully service the boiler adding unnecessary cost to my bill as I had just had boiler serviced by another company. They refused to fit just the valve saying they wanted to service as well to make sure the valve was fitted and working correctly!!! We have had two boiler breakdowns for different reasons in the last three weeks and both times Ashdowns went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Fantastic service levels. Can’t thank them enough for helping us out.
If I could give them 0 out of 5, I would Has left my parents without heating for 5.5 weeks. My Dad has recently come out of hospital and needs to be kept warm and the small heaters are not doing the job. Purposely ignored 3 calls, never updated them about when the part was coming. Very disappointing.
