The best customer service and the number one auto parts store in Adelaide! The prices are great and I highly recommend!
The worst customer service and racist lady my husband said, He went to this place to buy lower control arm for my car Audi Q5, the lady asking what year and what month build. My husband was said to her it’s 2011 Audi Q5 even he gave a my registration number plate so she can have a look the details. However she said she can’t help without what the month the car build. She’s not even helping a customer what they looking for. The old Napa location it’s better than this place.
What a shame Ashdown Ingram has become part of this brand (we had an excellent run with these guys over the years)...I won't name the female customer service person but if that the poor standard set by NAPA then very disappointed (sourse the auto electrical part from another supplier)
