Had a few appointments here, it can take a few attempts to get through in the morning, and the automated message is very long. But when I have called to make a non-emergency appointment I've been able to call later in the day, and received an appointment within a few days! The doctors and nurses I've seen have all been lovely, and I've not had to wait long to be seen. So far this is the best GP practice I've been to since moving to Yorkshire.

Can not fault the doctors at all Once you get through Alcatraz on the phone, so this review is scored as fairly as possible as they are great. But the lady who answered my call yesterday was abhorrent. I waited 15 minutes for the call to be answered. When it was, I was met with attitude from the off. I advised I was unable to order my repeat prescription on the app. She said she would send me a password reset (without asking if this was the issue) I advised I have no issues getting on the app, just that it was preventing me ... read more
Attended today as suspected a chest infection Was told perscription was sent to kamsons and didmt arrived called doctors back to tell them It hadnt been singed by doctor so reseption told me to stay where i was got it sorted and ram over to kamsons to give me it. Great team
Been today to see Dr Mehay just love him he listens to you comes up with useful tips and solutions. I find him very caring The Receptionist have always been helpful particularly the gentleman on reception very helpful. Keep up the good work
