Moved to this doctors a couple of months a go but today was the final straw the attitude on the receptionist on the phone and in person. Is disgusting it's the asian girl with the glasses not been racist the arrogance and her manarisems are shocking . Nurses and doctors not knowing what simple medication is . Is a big NO avoid this doctors if you want to help. Would of been 0 stars if was available
If you have any sense avoid this doctors there absolutely useless the worse doctors I’ve ever had totally incompetent shut be shut down
Called at 08:30 and requested a call back, got an appointment same day at a time that suits. Don’t use often but great service today
Had a few appointments here, it can take a few attempts to get through in the morning, and the automated message is very long. But when I have called to make a non-emergency appointment I've been able to call later in the day, and received an appointment within a few days! The doctors and nurses I've seen have all been lovely, and I've not had to wait long to be seen. So far this is the best GP practice I've been to since moving to Yorkshire.
