Repeatedly let down and disappointed. Needing medication for the last 2 weeks and staff have no made any attempts to help resolve the issue. Being told that I would be in contact with my doctor for a prescription I need when no follow up ever happens. So sad. Just another understaffed overworked medical practice. Editted to add Dr Hasan regularly messed up my prescriptions and missed appointments. Could not possibly be happier with our doctor. Dr Hassan is professional, thorough, outspoken and encouraging. She has motivated me to take responsibility and control of my well-being, from the moment we met. At least 5 members of my family have been blessed to come under her care, and we are beyond thankful. The front reception is often almost overwhelmed by the shortage of adequate staffing, but do the best they can. Please be patient and kind :-)

I have personally worked in the Government Health Care industry for over thirty years. The receptionist Diana, is beyond rude and is in need of proper training. She has been beyond rude and totally incompetent to be working with the citizens of Ashcroft. I am a Mental Health and Substance Use Proffesional. This employee needs training to speak to individuals with respect.
