This guy and his office is a joke. I've had visits scheduled months in advance cancelled the week before three times now.
Have been a patient of Dr Jordan for years however they are now becoming an Advocate practice in 2021. For some reason they cannot schedule me until next year! That is about three months out. It has always been a pain to deal with his office but this takes it to a new level. I am done with dealing with them even though I liked Dr Jordan.
Very poor communication and follow up. There isn’t importance to the patients needs certainly by the support staff. Dr. Jordan may be good and knowledgeable but if you can’t communicate with him or even the staff about your needs, his skill set doesn’t matter.
Doctor Jordan seemed very nice and engaged. Getting results, confirmation on machines, and verification with health insurance makes you want to pull out your hair. I don't know if they're too busy or what. But it was very hard to get result updates and I had a lot of calling the insurance to do
