They quoted a new septic for a new house using a septic permit and plot plan, agreed on a price, and mobilized equipment. as they were about to start called me to tell me that they made a mistake in their estimate and their number was going to double. Ashby was the third company to quote my septic field replacement. Stephanie answered the phone every time I called and had the knowledge to address all of my questions on the first try. The written quote was simple, concise and delivered on time. Price was very fair. There were zero attempts to upcharge or install a more complicated system than necessary. My fence was built 3 yrs ago it’s falling over and when I contact them there is no return call. Their excuse is we are still learning how to build fences! I do not recommend l
