Terrible workmanship.... Covered up dry rot even when I had a carpenter on the job that could of taken care of the issue. Windows had only 2 to 4 nails securing windows. So far out of the 57 windows he installed I have only gotten to dealing with 32 of them which 27 of them had to be pulled and put back in correctly. Contacted Milgard Windows and if I hadn't reset and dealt with them my warranty would have been invalid. He thought hiding the window work with trim I wouldn't have found out.
