This is a horrible. I lived here for over 2 years and when I was leaving, they came and inspected my apartment. I spent a long time cleaning it to make sure I would get my deposit back. Unfortunately, I was super sick and in bed and could not make it to the final exit. They took all of my deposit and made up lies that it was dirty and they had to fix stuff etc. They lied just so they could keep my deposit. I have heard from other tenants that the same thing happened to them. Would never recommend this place to anyone !
Absolutely love living at Ashbury!! Quiet building in a great location. Briggs staff and their maintenance guy have been amazing!
Great place to live 1 2 and 3bedroom open floor plans. Secured entry luxurious Apartments along Minnesota Avenue across the street from all three of schools garages available pet area and playground on-site walking distance from coborns, the post office and many other attractions biglake has a lake close by that will accommodate your fishing swimming and picnic needs they also have a farmers market plenty of fun events around your new place you will call home!
