Giving 2 stars due to current conditions at the complex. Ashbury overall is a decent place to live for location and price. That being said there are some current factors that contribute to the low rating. The first being the kind of tenants that they lease to. As of late there has been a drastic increase in disorderly behavior with several units that use substances and cause continued disturbances in the parking lot day and night and property management appears to drag their feet on it and you get bounced back and forth betw... read more
I stayed here for 3 years and honestly, I stayed too long. the price was too much for nothing to be updated or renovated. Also the people in the building steal packages and they have no cameras in the hallways so management does nothing and just apologizes.
This is a horrible. I lived here for over 2 years and when I was leaving, they came and inspected my apartment. I spent a long time cleaning it to make sure I would get my deposit back. Unfortunately, I was super sick and in bed and could not make it to the final exit. They took all of my deposit and made up lies that it was dirty and they had to fix stuff etc. They lied just so they could keep my deposit. I have heard from other tenants that the same thing happened to them. Would never recommend this place to anyone !
Absolutely love living at Ashbury!! Quiet building in a great location. Briggs staff and their maintenance guy have been amazing!
