After my faithful blower died at a job on the other side of town, I had to quickly find a Stihl provider to get me back on the road. Googled up Ashburton Mowers which had glowing reviews. Arrived at shop and it has a great range of tools on display and the display themselves were nice and impressive. I recently purchased a Stihl portable pressure washer and less than 35 hours later the store announced a 10% off storewide sale. I returned within 7 days with the item in un used and un opened to enquire about a price adjustment as a goodwill gesture, especially as I am a repeat customer and already on their system. The staff were polite and professional throughout the process, and I appreciate the time they took to discuss it with management. A massive thank-you to Janine and Rob at Ashburton Mowers. Went in today to buy a new pull start rope, also asked if they had time to fit it to mower. They had it done quickly, and the mower feels like a new machine - and Rob even gave the mower a clean (stoked!). Dropped off my Ryobi lawn edger at 9am to fix the front wheel ( have never been here before,friend referred me) received text at 9-48 to advise repair is ready for collection. Outstanding service and better than new 👍👏
After being knocked back by my local mower repairers who were really rude when I asked if my Ryobi battery mower could be serviced (saying "no" six times, actually it was "nup" x 6!), I found Ashburton Mowers when I searched online. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and completed the service of my mower in 24 hours. The price was most reasonable and the staff extremely friendly.
