I had a problem with the recoil starter on a Stihl petrol leaf blower. Stihl had no stock but the people at Ashburton found a second hand part and put a new cord in it for me. Just great service!
My dad visited Ashburton motors and had a wonderful experience. Janine provided excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable of the products and gave good recommendations. She is efficient and very helpful - helping fix our mowing equipment extremely quickly and identifying the issue promptly. Overall a great experience! They are trustworthy and competent.
I have had mowers and blowers serviced here for years and just when I thought service couldn’t get better I called in this morning for a fix and not only did they do on the spot they said it was too small to charge for. Old fashioned service and excellent t quality
