Doctors are excellent, but the reception staff need to be more professional. Often receptionists are gossiping while patients are waiting in the waiting area. I have waited long periods on the phone also. It has changed a lot in the past year or so.
Dr Albert Wang is a fantastic GP. He is friendly, personable and is incredibly caring to all patients.
The receptionist insisted that I book a phone consultation just to receive my pathology test results instead of simply sending me the report. During the call, which lasted only a few seconds, the doctor told me the result was negative. Later, I received the pathology report, which clearly said "Negative." I can read! Then they billed me $60, and to make matters worse, the doctor processed the Medicare rebate as only $19.60.
Really love the team here. They’re always incredibly friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Been going here for years and have never had a bad experience.
