We found the reception and service staff exceptional. Our Kia suffered a breakdown while on route between Christchurch and Timaru just prior to Christmas, a time when the staff were very busy but they did their upmost to deal with our vehicle and situation at the time, lending us a vehicle to return home and booking the vehicle in for repairs when possible. They dealt with the warranty matters and had the vehicle fixed promptly and our Kia has been running perfectly since. Thank you Kia Aushburton.
