Get directionsYou would get faster treatment, better care and someone you can understand if you went to the local vet
The workers are completely incompetent. We have been waiting for 9 hours with a 2-year-old girl who broke her forehead and they have no criterion or empathy for it.
Absolutely useless. 10 hours for a 2-year-old child with a head wound to be seen. Keep getting told we 2nd or 3rd in the list Honestly would be better off getting triage and if everything's ok driving to Christchurch to get treated would be much better. At least you've got a chance of being seen within a working day. We ended up being sent to Christchurch the next day to get fixed up. On the plus side when we did see the doctor she was brilliant
I had to go into a&e for a blocked tear duct from mountain biking. The wait time was not even an hour and the staff were very observant and friendly! I had a great experience! Thank you guys for looking after me :)
