If your planning on building in an Ashburn community keep in mind that they don't have your best interest at heart. I've lived in Abbotts Pond community for a year now. I had another builder build my home but Ashburn owns the community till we meet our 75% threshold. We reached our 75% threshold in August 2023 and just got a letter stating there handing over the HOA to the residents. Lot of the folks that live here have been here over two years. 2 stars because I love my home, but would never to choose to work with them again or recommend. Because other than Roger and David their customer service is horrid. They don’t care about you. They just want their money.
The new warranty manager, Roger, is a saint but unfortunately for him…he works for Ashburn. He knows the value and importance of customer service and doing the right thing. I will never, ever, ever recommend Ashburn Homes to any buyers and/or sellers that I come across. All Ashburn cares about is filling their pockets.
I have reached out to the Warranty Manager Rodger He is an asset to your company. He is trying to get repairs done, however he is spread thin with the number of problems that homeowners are experiencing. He also needs your input and approval to get the backyards regraded done so I can enjoy my yard. Other issues that have to be repaired. The attic enclosure fell out of the attic and hit my car. Thankfully the car was not damaged Looking forward to all repairs being completed
Ashburn Homes are a piece of shit. They use cheap materials and contractors that do not know what they are doing! The Ground around the homes caving in, floods in basements, they don’t check to see if all the appliances are working or properly installed before closing ! Their only only saving grace is working with Rodger , Jackie and Ernie when addressing/fixing the issues that come up with your “new” home! Will likely be looking to sell this house soon!!!!
