Over the past 5 years bought 4 cars from Ashbrow garage , however last year when my purchased a new Audi a6 and some time later a big scratch came up on the side thinking it was delibritly done by someone however after taking it to a body shop I was told that the car had been previously worked on and severe damage and with the warm weather recentIy the filler cracked open . Bought a nice Golf 9 months ago, the car and service were great, no heavy pressure and we took confort from the reviews too. We also bought the RAC extended warranty at the time, and now have an issue - Rachel in the service department has been really helpful, getting one of the technicians to join the call to help identify the problem, and the help us decide how to deal with it including helping with speaking to the RAC re a claim on their policy.
