A deeply disappointing experience with Ashbrook Motors While supporting a friend with their vehicle purchase, I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with Ashbrook Motors. Bought a Ford Mondeo a couple of weeks ago now. Ashbrook has been extremely proactive and reassuring as I bought the car at a distance, I've been kept up to date every step of the way. The car had a small problem which I informed Ashbrook about, who paid for the repair straight away once it was diagnosed. Highly recommend and I would buy another car from them in the future without a doubt.
Very friendly, helpfull and not pushy at all. Bought a car from these a couple of months back and there was a problem these guys came collected the car took it away fixed it and brought it back with no problems at all. Would 100% recommend this garage
