I received great service. The salesman was very helpful, explaining all the different options that I had in choosing my fabrics for my sofa and pillows. The whole process was a pleasant experience.

Sean G. Was really helpful in getting the furniture we wanted. He wasn’t interested in selling Something just to make a commission. In fact he was willing not sell us something if it didn’t appeal to us. Ashley furnitures prices are just as good as bob’s furniture and the quality is just as good as Jordons and Bernie and Phils. Shop at Ashley Furniture first before spending your money.
My family and I were ignored upon our arrival to Ashford Furniture on 2/11/17. The sales associate looked at us and walked the other way. He had absolutely no desire to serve our family. We decided not to give this store our business and immediately left. We went to Jordan's Furniture a few blocks away and as always we were immediately greeted and assisted by the cordial and informative sales associates. Never again will we visit Ashford Furniture.
We ordered over $2650 worth of furniture on 5/30. We were told that our furniture will arrive within 4-6 weeks, but it did not happen. Every time someone told me that store manager would call me within 24 hours, but I never received a call. On 7/20 I got a call telling me that wrong bed was delivered by the manufacturer. They would set the wrong bed for few now and replace it later. On 7/21, delivery guys set up wrong bed in my house. Maria and the rest of the team were a great. My husband and I had already visited the other "big" places in the Nashua area and decided to buy our living room set here because the prices and service were excellent
Real WASTE OF TIME. Ordered a bed 4 months ago and still did not get it. We are being fed with lies every time when calling them to find out the status of the order.
WASTE OF TIME!! The staff is a bunch of morons. I went in there to look at a sectional and asked about the Made in America discount they were offering and I was told I couldn't use that because the Sectional I was looking at was not "Made in America" ...I told him yes it was, he said no it wasn't...I went on my iPhone to find it and there it was "made in America"...then my husband found it written right on the sectional.
