THAT IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN I bought a Sectional (Silsbee) from Ashbrook 2 years ago and purchased the warranty. The USB console stopped working and the stitching was loose on one of the chairs. I submitted a request over the phone 1/2021 and I sent an email with pictures as well.
