I had a wonderful experience at Ashbrook Audiology! The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and professional, and I was impressed by how efficiently everything was handled. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly felt cared for. I would highly recommend Ashbrook Audiology to anyone who needs—or even thinks they might need—hearing aids. Excellent service from start to finish!
The staff is very courteous. And the audiologist is very thorough in his testing.
My mom had an appt 3 months ago. They said they would have hearing aide for her in 3 weeks. We never heard anything from them. We have called multiple times, left messages and no one calls back. They never answer the phone. We have even gone back to the office and was told they'd check on it and never heard anything back. Very frustrating!!
