Went on their “live” chat and they told me they’ll get back to me in 2 business days. Absolute joke.
Awful customer service for gym members and these guys are known for unfair contract terms that breach consumer rights, search "0bm30244" on Google and see for yourself. It appears that they rely on people not knowing their rights when looking to cancel or amend their memberships.
