The first night I met him, he literally kicked me out of his office. Later, he called to apologize and I put him on retainer at the recommendation of my other attorney. I would have better off Pro Se. For the $7500 I paid, I literally received no legal guidance and he didn't enter a single document into the court record other than a notice of appearance. Mr Ashbach and my other attorney then played the that's not my job it's your other attorneys job until our court date. I'd have been better off representing myself.
