Very upsetting having to purchase from this store I was told that I could return my merchandise and that it could be put back onto my card and now I can’t and can only get store credit as per store policy. I had specifically asked before I purchased my items, like many others that have left reviews I’m completely devastated by this.
Id buy more from this store if they offered a better return policy. Return for store credit or exchange is not reasonable nor customer focused.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Will never buy from them again. Super rude and no one knows anything. Make exchanges extremely difficult.
