Dr Asha Vali and staff such as front desk Norma & MA Rosi are all wonderful!
There is no 0 star option. Dr Vali is good, not complaining about her. But her front desk is not the same, especially Rosy or Rose. She is the worst, and we had the worst customer service. Sadly, she says she is the manager, but she speaks like she owns the clinic. I had good references about the clinic, but my own experience with them was the worst I ever had. Mal servicio de la señora Rossi ella decidió cancelar el servicio, toma atribuciones qué no le pertenecen no tiene empatia y no recuerda que ella no es médico para regañar a los pacientes un se4vicio mediocre de recepción falta de ética y servicio al cliente por aparte un excelete trabajo por medio de los médicos
Really unprofessional. We never saw the doctor because it wasn't there when we went to appointment. They made another appointment and when we call they say that they forgot to call to re schedule because the doctor is not going to be here tomorrow, then they call 3 days ago to confirm the appointment. I'm right here on the office and is no body here and now that I call they day that they can't find her in the system. Better look for another doctor.
