She listens and answers questions and explains everything. She is a wonderful person and doctor. I highly recommend her
My lupus is getting better and I owe that to Dr. Sherstha. She always response to my messages In the portal.
Same problem that everyone is having at OPTUM. Now the doctor does not prescribe ANY pain meds for her patients. I've been on maintenence meds for 15 years and now no doctor at Optum will prescribe. Useless practice. Ive been trying for a year to get an appt with a rheumatologist, but they keep quitting for a decent company and I have to reschedule. I'll have to move all my doctors to a company that is not a disaster.
Cannot actually speak to their skill or knowledge since over the course of 18+months every appointment that was on the books was canceled/postponed. Yesterday’s cancellation for Monday’s appointment came just after pre visit paperwork was submitted. Reschedule for the end of June was offered but it’s time to move on. Not sure how this is a viable practice. Cannot recommend.
