I'm really glad I came here for a little spa/salon day when I was in the area all day waiting for my son at an event. I got a facial with Emily and it was amazing! I was so relaxed. Their spa is bigger than the pictures show online, it was very clean and had a great, relaxing atmosphere. I also got a cut and style with Sam and she did a wonderful job too. Their salon is very modern and clean and all their staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I really enjoyed my time at Asha and I will definitely be back.
By far the best mani/pedi ever! Lisa gave excellent care and service.
Im annoyed that I am even writing this review and wasting my time. I booked a stress relief massage per the spas description. When I arrived, which I admit I was 3 minutes late, the person at the front desk was unappealing and unpleasant. I brushed it off and proceeded to change and go through the motions of getting a locker. I made a mistake and forgot the order of the locker combination process and I am unsure if this annoyed the people there but again I brushed it off and looked forward to my "stress" relieving massage. I wanted to express my disappointment with my recent visit. I was a few minutes late due to an emergency and called to reschedule for a slightly later time the same day. The manager said I’d still be charged for both appointments, which felt very unreasonable. It’s only been one day, and my nails already look bad. I love the girls who do my hair and nails, but the service has become unprofessional, and management is passive-aggressive and rude. I hope this can be addressed. I had a wonderful experience with Claire. She was able to fix my hair color and even make it beautiful after years of me destroying it with box color. I thought I would be more disappointed that I didn't have more blonde highlights (I'll get them next time) but the color that she gave me is absolutely gorgeous and I really love it. Claire was super sweet and made the process enjoyable by making sure I was always comfortable. I highly recommend her for any color treatment.
