as a healthcare worker myself i had high hopes until my appointment. i had given all medical history, treatment and line of care until this point and my symptoms and was brushed off entirely because of my age. i asked for specific imaging and care and was not given that. was never called with my results and my pain is still continuing a year later. looking back at care notes she is not even truthful as well. says i don’t report having knee pain when that is all i’ve known since 15/16 and stated that.
What a wonderful person Dr Muthalaly is. I have been to many of doctors for my issue & gave up on seeing any more for over 20 year. Came across Dr Muthalaly and loved her the moment we started chatting! Straight forward & really listens to you. She's verry caring and concerned with what you have going on & works very hard to get you to where you need t be. Her staff is also amazing and so friendly. Thank you Asha for EVERYTHING. She has put my skeptical mind to rest.
Been seeing Dr. Muthalaly since October of 2023. I felt completely miserable when I first went to her. She diagnosed me with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and started me on biologics right away! Anytime I’ve had an issue she addressed it promptly and acted accordingly when it came to changing medications. I finally have my quality of life back and something to look forward too!
Usha is the rudest doctor I've ever dealt with! My wife is pregnant with sever pain on her MTP joint under the toe. We went to her office 5 minutes earlier than the appointment time but they refused to let us in because they considered my wife as new patient not as an established patient. I told them that we spoke with Dr. Zhang earlier (as a telemedicine appointment) in October 2025, so my wife is an established patient with them. Dr. Muthalaly is truly the best in the business. She gave me life-saving advice when I needed it most, and I’ll forever be grateful for her care and compassion. She takes the time to really listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel like more than just another patient. Her genuine dedication and expertise set her apart — she’s not only an incredible doctor, but an incredible person.
