I have had 2 appts with Dr. Patnaik and found her to be Very nice and thorough. I am Finally getting answers to long awaited questions. Dr Patnaik did not rush me and explained everything.
How do you contact her!? Seriously!? I’ve been a patient for years and EVERY time I have had an emergency there is no way to get a hold of her. You call those secretaries and then nothing happens. They say they will pass along messages but where does the communication fail!? When I RARELY get to see her things are quick and okay but it’s the getting a hold of her part that is impossible. Not having a direct line to the office is ridiculous. I went to the freaking ER and was told to contact her for further out patient things ... read more
