Front office staff extremely rude and unprofessional people come here with medical conditions and medical concerns. Great doctors very knowledgeable. I’ve been a going to them for many years. Rarely do you have to wait, they stay on schedule.
The patient portal has been down for several months.
Joined this clinic as I moved into the area, mostly lovely staff, but when I came back for my test results from my annual check up, they barely had any. Apparently they had lost my blood which had to be drawn again. Doc on duty apologized and said I wouldn't have to pay for this useless visit, but weeks later I still get a bill. Had to chase this up calling various numbers and visiting the office various times, and they still cannot resolve this.
