Dr. Shah saved my husband's life. She is an outstanding doctor with a tremendous amount of knowledge in her area of infectious disease. She is compassionate, listens carefully to the patient and made herself available on a holiday weekend - even though she wasn't on call. If you need an infectious disease doctor - she is that "one in a million" doctor..

Dr shah nearly killed my fiance. He got MRSA at Stamford hospital, she should have got rid of this horrible infection caused by filthy practices at that hospital. When going to her office neither she not her assistants wore gloves or masks. They go from room to room of people with infectious diseases & did nothing to protect those diseases from bring spread.

Dr. Shah attended to my mother while in the Stamford Hospital with gangrene. She always greeted my mother and me in a kind and caring way. She was very thorough in her explanation of the options available to my mother and did so in a way we could easily understand. Thank you Dr. Shah for all that you did.

Please do not see Dr. Shah if you are experiencing any (or many!) of the symptoms of lyme disease and its related co-infections. She has no understanding and little practical experience in diagnosing the disease (ironic - given that she's based in CT). She was very arrogant and determined in her conclusion that I did not have lyme, though she couldn't give me an answer or direct me to anyone who could help. I even showed her very clear bartonella (cat scratch) rashes and she said "well I don't know what that is". While my ly... read more
