i’m trying to schedule an appointment bc i got a message im due- i called twice to get an appointment and the response is no appointments open till next year- call back because next years schedule is not out yet. Dr Proctor is great- but not so great if i can’t schedule.
This review is only regarding a phone call I had with the staff member Vanessa while trying to schedule an appointment. Vanessa doesn’t come across as warm or pleasant on the phone. She comes across as rude which has made me not want to consider this office for my new OB.
