This review is only regarding a phone call I had with the staff member Vanessa while trying to schedule an appointment. Vanessa doesn’t come across as warm or pleasant on the phone. She comes across as rude which has made me not want to consider this office for my new OB.

Dr Proctor takes time with each patient to make sure that all questions are answered, any concerns are addressed and shows concern for a persons overall well being. She has the best "bedside manner" of any doctor I have ever gone to. If she was a general practitioner, I would switch to her. If she was a dentist, i would switch to her, if she was a dermatologist, i would switch to her. I feel 100% confident and comfortable in her care.
