Wouldn’t take my mother anywhere else!! Very good doctor!! And staff is great, too!
She is nice and answers questions. But it is very important to communicate results of blood and scan results. Office does not get back with me unless I hound them for the results.
Cindy is very rude and has no respect or concerns for the patient, nor does she appear to have problem solving customer service skills, she is impatient (passes the buck to hurry off the phone) and she answers the call and asked the caller to hold and transfers the caller without even first receiving a response from the caller, to avoid doing her job. This is the most wonderful doctor you could ever hope for. She makes you feel like your the most important person in the world. She is very thorough with your care and works to improve both your health and mental state. She is like a part of the family and she really cares ..about you
