Cindy is very rude and has no respect or concerns for the patient, nor does she appear to have problem solving customer service skills, she is impatient (passes the buck to hurry off the phone) and she answers the call and asked the caller to hold and transfers the caller without even first receiving a response from the caller, to avoid doing her job.
