I was disappointed with my experience. I felt that the doctor did not take the time to listen to my concerns and often seemed to be in a hurry. Instead of making me feel heard, I felt rushed through the appointment. A good doctor-patient relationship starts with listening, and I did not feel that my symptoms or questions received the attention they deserved. I left the visit feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the care I received.
Ridiculous wait times and no help. Waiting over a week for a referral which they keep saying they faxed. Stopped by the office to try and pick up the referral, waited another 20 min and had to leave. Terrible
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. You never get to see the doctor, only the nurse practitioner (if you get lucky) the women at the front desk NEVER NEVER send the referrals over to specialist or for blood work but also say they can’t print it for you. I don’t understand how this place still has patients
The offices closes before 5pm. I called at 4:45pm and they had already “shut phone off for the day”. Not too happy with the false advertisement as It says they are open until 5pm but the latest app is like 2-3pm! I got blood work done and per MA I was told it was normal when I saw results not being okay. Dr isn’t too friendly
