My visit was related to a biopsy my Dr thought I needed. He wrote a big referral letter and I was still asked by this Dr if my going there was on my own! My doctor never received a write up about my visit! The staff said they would mail me paperwork in advance to fill out but never did, so as I was filling everything out in the office, they kept asking if I was done, repeatedly, while calling me a nickname instead of my name.

Excellent surgeon. I was very nervous going into my procedure but she put me at ease. I put off the surgery due to covid and then my own nervousness after covid but finally had the neccesary procedure. All the hospital staff at hackensack speak so highly of Dr Bale. Little details like sitting down to talk you, and really listening contribute to her excellent bedside manner.
Dr.Bale and her staff is an amazing team. I had a gallbladder removal in April and it was the best thing I did and she made me feel very comfortable and amazing. She advise how it would be done and recovering time and I was happy with the procedure! I highly recommend Dr.Bale to anyone! If I need any future surgery I will be going to doctor Bale!
