Professional and informative and approachable.
Outstanding patient care and conscientious examination (support staff included). All technicians (Valerie and Patrick), also front desk staff, and of course, Dr. Balakrishnan, were polite, so very nice, interest in the patient demonstrated, and took time to answer all questions and explain procedures in simplified terms. I had to wait in the room for one hour for the doctor. Which I've never had to do before… And I thought was excessive. Maybe they were overbooked or do overbook I don't know. And then the nurse the MA who brought me back was kind of curt not very friendly. I was disappointed at that visit although I have had good care previously
Dr Asha and her staff were very kind and professional with my hearing impaired son.
