Great place. Come up every year for snowmobiling and always have a good experience
Hamel Sno Runners stayed at Ash Trail Lodge for our annual club trip. it was fabulous as always. The cabins are warm, clean and cozy. The kitchen is outfitted with good dishes, kettles, etc. and it isn't the cheap stuff! I made cookies for the guys on the cookie sheets and the cookies were perfect! Steaks on Saturday were great as always. The sugar cookie shots were tasty. Deb, Steve, and the staff are great hosts. Hamel Sno Runners love Ash Trail Lodge!
For being off fairly remote it was a nice place to have drink & enjoy some good conversation, didn't stay at the resort but it seemed like a well kept resort. The owners are great!
Had a fantastic Labor Day experience here! From the hospitality that Deb and Steve showed to the cute cabin that we stayed in, I would return back to this place any chance I get! The Prime Rib dinner on Saturday night was something like we have never had before! Home cooked, the meat was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were incredible and the salad was one of the best I have ever had! If you are looking for a 5* resort, look no further! Went to Ash Trail yesterday for dinner! This cozy resort is located on the Ash River adjacent to Lake Kabetogama and Voyageurs National Park. Food was excellent and we experienced nice, friendly service. Food was great and so were the drinks!
