I wish I had read the reviews before dropping in. Unfortunately, I had a similarly poor experience with regards to the choppy, ragged layer cut. I specifically asked for long layers and made it clear that I didn’t want short layers, yet the hairstylist filled my hair with short layers anyway. He insisted he knew what I meant but didn’t listen to my request and my concerns while he was cutting my hair that it seemed too short. My recent visit to Ash Salon was a distressing experience, particularly due to an unsettling encounter with a staff member named Aziz. What began as a routine haircut quickly turned into a situation that felt unsafe. Aziz appeared extremely disorganized and displayed alarming behavior. Made an appointment. The guy took me in an hour later. I told him to cut off one inch of my hair and he cut most of it off. Don’t recommend coming here. On top of that it costed me $50 for a mens haircut with no tip.

I got a women's haircut yesterday. I had some thinning done and got about an inch trimmed. When I got home, I was absolutely horrified. My hair is unevenly thinned out in random spots, leaving visible gaps. It looks like it was chewed up, and my hair texture is completely damaged. Short, uneven strands are sticking out everywhere.
