I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this recruiting company. After encountering inappropriate behavior from one of their recruiters (Kelli), I submitted a formal written complaint. The company never acknowledged it — not even a basic ‘thank you for bringing this to our attention.’ A recruiting firm should value communication, accountability, and respect for candidates. Unfortunately, my experience showed the opposite. I’m sharing this so other job seekers know what to expect.

Interviewed with a recruiter here, was told I would hear back about a position one way or the other if the company wanted to move forward, didn't hear anything , followed up on it then no reply/ghosted . Shouldnt ignore and ghost people and waste their time . Do better

The Ash Group were incredible to work with, they aided me through finding a great job. They were very responsive to any questions that I had throughout the process, I would recommend to anyone on the job hunt.

Got recruited to a company through Ash group. had good experience with recruiter Nick. He was replying for the queries in a timely manner. room for improvement: for scheduling call, setup a calendar based system instead of going back and forth with candidate and interviewers.

I’ve never worked through a recruiter before but I can honestly say it made the process much easier. I felt like I had someone on my side besides myself. Dawn was amazing and I would recommend The Ash Group to anyone I know.
