Horrible additude, was scheduled for 8am apt, she didn't come into the examination room until 9:53am...I politely asked if that was a typical wait time to be seen so I could plan for future appointments to which she rudely replied she does not apologize for the amount of time she spends with her patients and if I'd like to seek another provider I would not be charged for todays visit and I could go elsewhere. Perhaps I would be more sympathetic and understanding to her reply had she not been so rude about it and simply state... read more
