My deaf husband called them on Aug 20 2026 at 8pm because their ad says they are 24 hours, they are not. He made appointment the guy said he would be at our house at 8:15 am on Aug 21,2026 he never showed up. I called him he said he would be here by 12:45 after lunch and i text him my phone and address and he text me back that he wouldnt be here til August 31 2026. I wouldnt recommend this business due to poor communication skills.And rude service..

My dryer's breaker kept popping and I kept resetting it until one day it popped and my dryer stopped working. I could smell a burning smell, and Adam came right over to ensure the safety of the situation... he scheduled his guys to follow up and fix the issue the next day. They were prompt, arrived at the time they said they would, quickly identified and resolved the issue. So pleased with this company!!

This man bills excessively. He came to my home on a service call tested things. There was nothing he could do and charged outrageous amount. 202.50. He said he was here an hour and a half. He wasn't. I get it get paid for your trade. Just do it honestly.

Didn't care for how much the tech talked about politics. Fix my problem. No one cares how much you hate liberals.
