We are so pleased with our Ash Creek home. Jerra was our sales representative and she went above and beyond in assisting us during the home building process. We lived out of state during the beginning of the build and she would record video walkthroughs so we could see the progress. She also sent us updates weekly during the whole build. We made several changes to our floor plan and Ash Creek was happy to work with us on making our dream house a reality. We’ve been in our home for about 5 months now, and have no complaints.
We couldn't be more pleased with our Ash Creek home. Diane S******* was our representative and did a fantastic job. We were out of town for long periods of time and she kept us updated with emails and pictures the entire time. Her knowledge of the total process, people and focus on customer service was top drawer.
Jerra our sales representative at Ash Creek Homes is a fantastic professional. We are in the process of building our dream home at Serene Hills and she keeps us informed on the process weekly, any concerns we had she immediately gave us a solution. Our experience with Ash Creek Homes has been BAD since day one, and continues to be BAD during the first week after we moved in in our new home. We bought the house based on a floor plan and assumed (based on the information provided by the agent) that it would be a regular house like the others built by Ash Creek.
