Dr. Bowen is very thorough. However, the Enid Urology Center in Enid Oklahoma needs to learn better customer service. They do not want to do anything extra for Dr. Bowen's patients b/c he only rents out a space. I was told this by them on 12/12/25. I was trying to get papers to Dr. Bowen, his nurse(Joe) told me it would be easier to get the paper if I could drop it by Enid's place, which I did. They were no help and finally faxed the paper, but refused to get the paper to Dr. Bowen in fear of loosing it. Completely unprofess... read more
Dr Bowen is very thorough and thoughtful as well. Has helped me through my issues and follows up. Staff is great.

Dr. Bowen and his nurses are very professional and they listen . I always get my questions answered. The girls are friendly and caring.
