I had a photo and style in mind. Amber pulled off my new cut even better than the photo! She was meticulous and did not stop until it was perfect. She asked questions so there were no surprises. Can’t wait to return in 5 weeks for a trim. Amber is a hair genius!

Won't name the stylist, but truly upset- I clearly communicated what I want and was essentially gaslit and pretty much brushed off about getting it fixed. It made me extremely uncomfortable as this has already happened with the owner a few years ago, and I was trying to be optimistic and give the store a second chance. This was my first time at Ash and Ivy. Brittany was great! I was there for just a quick cut, but she talked me through different options and future ideas and even recommendations for my mother. Salon atmosphere was very positive and friendly and I look forward to returning.
