Apr 5/26 Mike (Asgard Mobile RV Service) was helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure accuracy and thoroughness when he winterized my Pleasureway van October/25. He came recommended by a friend and exhibited professionalism and efficiency at the time. That said, I was disappointed he didn’t show up when he said he would to make some changes, ie the fresh water down spout was supposed to be left open for winter, so I managed to find it and opened it. Mike came to do an estimate and initially was very kind and knowledgeable. We haven't heard anything back in almost 2 months. Called him and his voicemail said he's not in business. Poor customer service. Would have been nice to have been told about this instead of waiting with no communication.
Great service. He came out same day, when our furnace stopped working. Took the time to explain everything and how the different parts of the furnace worked. Explained the full process of what he did and got the furnace running again. Fair prices and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
