The doctor is great but the old, miserable secretary is horrible. She is so rude and unprofessional, she really needs to retire. She can't do her job. Her face looks like she just wants fight! Please put someone young and pleasant in her spot. Life is already hard we don't need people like her around.
I wish there were an option to leave zero stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. I found her to be unhelpful, unprofessional, and disrespectful in her interactions. Customer service is an important part of any healthcare practice, and the level of service I received did not meet reasonable expectations. Dr. Asgarali is kind, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, always make sure he explains and ask questions to my 13 year old son, then was 11 - 12 and to me. I recommend him to be an excellent doctor who knows what he is doing and what he says.
I had an appointment with Dr. Askarali at 10:30 a.m. and arrived at 10:00 a.m. with my 3-month-old breastfeeding baby. The receptionist acknowledged that I was early and told me I could wait, which I was happy to do. However, after my scheduled appointment time passed, I noticed multiple patients who arrived after me being called in before I was. Appt was at 1240 waiting till 140 there was 2 people on the office when I walked in they came and went then I'm sitting there then 2 more people walk in and they go a head of me ? Makes no sense don't bother showing up early for ur appt you'll have to wait anyways what's the point of an appt if they are that far behind schedule still confused how other people go when they showed up 15 mins after I did. Weird wouldn't recommend I guess that's why it's only 3 stars anyways
