I had an unexpected emergency and walked into the clinic even though they operate strictly by appointment. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and immediately checked with the doctor to see if he could take me. To my surprise, the doctor fit me in between appointments and saw me after 45 minutes wait. The entire visit took about three minutes, but he still took the time to check my nasal passages and throat to make sure there were no blockages. RIDICULOUS wait time. Got to my son's appointment ahead of time, having left work early only to wait for over an hour and a half! I asked at least 3 times when we would be seen and each time we were told in five minutes.... 90 minutes later. We were then told that despite sitting right in the waiting room, we were passed over TWICE. Very disappointing.
I had an appointment with Dr. Saied Asgarali on August 31, 2026. I was scheduled for 9:30 AM and arrived at 9:20 AM. I was told to be seated and wait, which I did for 40 minutes. My scheduled appointment was passed. When I raised that with the receptionist, she was extremely rude to me and unprofessional and I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor. all these things happen up front of the doctor and the doctor he didn't say nothing he took it the other patient to his room and he ignored me these things it's not supposed ... read more
The secutary called me to remind me of my appt tomorrow and got upset because I forgot to ca back to confirm. She was clearly upset and spoke very rudely. Watch your tone with me dont think you can speak to everyone like that.
The doctor is great but the old, miserable secretary is horrible. She is so rude and unprofessional, she really needs to retire. She can't do her job. Her face looks like she just wants fight! Please put someone young and pleasant in her spot. Life is already hard we don't need people like her around.
