Our representative Carson was very slow to explain things clearly as we’ve been having issues with ADT. San Antonio our family highly recommends their services. It’s now been three weeks and our cameras are the best we’ve ever had or seen.
My technician David came in and installed my new system quick and throughly explained how to arm and disarm my system clearly. He was nice and patient with me answering my questions, and he was professional
Frauds! They prey on the elderly and vulnerable. They told my MIL a lie to get into her house and told my husband the same story when she called us. Then when we found out the truth and called to complain they back tracked. They are saying they took over for the old company and proceeded to remove equipment. The next day the old company came by to inspect because they got a message the equipment was disconnected. Guess what! ASG lied. They did not take over for the other company. BEWARE!
