We have a warranty. The technician, Carlos, delayed addressing broken equipment for a week. He refused to replace the broken equipment. When we complained, he said "I'm just the technician and you have a five year contract." I don't like it when a company takes pleasure in providing bad service and passively aggressively implying that there is nothing I can do about it.
