BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They scam the elderly and forge electronic signatures on loan documents after you’ve told them to cancel the service within the 3 day trial period. We never even opened the email loan documents, yet somehow they were miraculously “signed”. We notified the local authorities. Hoping to get the word out and save other people the trouble. Do not trust sales rep Sebastian. Total conman.
Update: after a month they were finally able to give us the check for the buyout from the former company. The manager from finance did apologize and will work on improvements, there not bad however, room for improvement

They breached their contracts and lie, I was with vivint for a while, speaking to ASG representatives, they sounded pretty good, now don't get me wrong the cameras and security is amazing. Their lack of committing to their contracts and statements is severely lacking. As promised by them, they were supposed to buy out the contracts with vivint. I provided them with how much we owned and how the contract with vivint on October 9, 2024. We have not received any check and I am still paying vivint and these guys. I followed up 2... read more
