Signed contract with ASG to do metal roof for new addition. Agreed upon original date 2 weeks out. Called day before and said other job was running over so pushed it a week. No big deal. However they never showed up. Called and got the run around about not being the owner and had to contact him. Didn't hear for 3 days and then said they would be there the following weekend. ASG installed gutters by taking off my crown molding and installing 2 8 by 2 boards. They left a 2" gap from my roof line and the boards. I called them to fix this by putting a piece of wood trim over the gap so that animals and bug don't get into my attic. They have ignored by calls and haven't gotten back to me.

We contacted some standard roofers and a few metal roof peoples. ASG responded promptly and in a professional manner. The winter weather was awful so there were some delays. Regardless, the ASG did appear even though the weather had not yet changed. They worked in brutal conditions, .... none stop. I had my roof replaced during the coldest week in 2018 by ASG metal roofing. The guys did an amazing job even with Bellow 15 degree temps with the wind chill. I love my roof! I would not change anything about it!

In the end I got the gutters I wanted installed but it was a rough start. 1st. they didn't show up at the time of the appointment for the estimate. When I called they said they came by earlier in the day when I was out. I made sure I was there at the appointed time as we just had an addition and I wanted to be sure we were all on the same page about what did or did not need gutters.
