I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response from this company. After multiple attempts to reach them via email, I have received no acknowledgment or resolution. They took over a previous business, but as per the new owner, they refuse to cover any issues related to past installations, even though the work was done in 2018. The problem has been ongoing since 2021, and it's disappointing to see such poor customer service. Kevin and his crew did quality work and they did so efficiently. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and they made sure everything was done exactly as I had hoped. ASG recently replaced all of our siding, soffits and eavestroughs. We are so happy with the results. Any question that we had was answered and work was completed in a timely manner. Would most certainly recommend using them!
Call them to come and look at the roof cuz it was leaking they never got I never got a call back😡
