Alex Debbie Manie have provided exceptional service for the 12 years I was with FEG Inc starting 2000.
I am impressed!!!! I had a booklet I wanted printed with a spiral binding a particular way. I needed 18 copies by Saturday morning. They helped me right away and I was here for only 2 hours from the time I walked in until I walked out with all 18 booklets printed and binded exactly the way I wanted. Plus it was 1/2 the price Office Depot wanted to charge me with a wait time until Tuesday. I'm super happy and will continue using them for now on for all my printing needs!!! A person i work with has been working with them loyaly for 3+ years... and they dont greet him at the door, they have records of what you order but when you ask for the usual they give you attitude, they have sarcastic comments all over their waiting room, they are expensive... they lack the basic manners of a years old... i mean what else is there to say... terrible service... we r moving to online orders with another company from now on
