It is automatically on your student bill and it's very hard to remove and has to be done quick at the beginning of the school year... which is too early for people to know what's going on and how it works. Plus they don,t give much coverage for the amount they charge you and osteopaths are not even covered! And masso it's only 20$ when these has been more usefull to me than physio and acupuncture... Compagnie de merde... cela fait feras 1 an (1 septembre) que j'attend pour me faire rembourser un montant de 28.02$. Du jamais vu. Leur système ne fonctionne jamais quand j'appel, doit rappeler plus tard, je ne peut même pas changer mon adresse courriel dans le dossier, c'est vraiment n'importe quoi. NE FAITE JAMAIS AFFAIRE AVEC CETTE COMPAGNIE... SERVICE VRAIMENT POURRIT.
Vraiment, mais vraiment compliqué et mal organisé. Je paie depuis plus d’un an pour des assurances (que je n’ai jamais demandées, soit dit en passant), et maintenant que je veux enfin les utiliser (tant qu’à payer, hein), c’est problème technique après problème technique. Le service à la clientèle est nul, quand on réussit à les joindre. Je ne recommande ABSOLUMENT PAS.
